There was a real made by the Enterprise Staff to make this a positive experience for me. I was meted and greeted so well that I am going to test it again shortly for sustainability. It was all good, They were not busy but were intent on chatting and being pleasant. I was impressed that I was shown how to manage the car , operating of lights etc, Its not been common in my experience, I hire cars about six times a year and have had bad issues.

My car hire experience

I was very pleased with 121 car hire. On arrival at Dublin airport we were collected promptly by minibus and taken to the office. Details were exchanged quickly and we were given a brand new toyota yaris. We had no problems with the car and staff were polite and helpful. I would definetly use this company again and would recommend.

Trip To CORK

I thought that the price offered was very reasonable however, there was no information on the site to let me know that the rental company, Thrifty would ask me pay €90 more than the agreed price for insurance, this was explained as was explained to me at the desk was due to the fact that I made the booking with a laser card. I then had to register my credit card so as not to incur this non refundable charge. I would suggest that you make people aware of this on the site, even if it is a industry standard as it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Overall though the staff were very courtious and changed my car on request. I would recommend this site to others as it seemed to give the best price on the day of travel.

Very easy booking system with clear information. Pick up and drop off were easy. We had a very new car which was above our expectations. An agent was waiting for us at pick up and drop off and dealt with us speedily. Do make sure you have enough credit availability for the guarantee for the excess, if you don't take the extra insurance. we were 100% satisfied.

The website was easy to use and the price was fair. The company who gave us the car at the airport was Budget. All the paperwork said that the tank was full but when I got to the car it was only half full. Fortunately I checked this and had to go back into the airport terminal to tell them and change my paperwork so I wasn't charged for half a tank on my return. I also did not have a credit card on me to leave a deposit for the indurance and they didn't accept credit cards for this purpose so I had no option but to pay extra for the insurance. I also feel that the price for hiring a childs car seat being twice that of the car hire is bordering on extortion. We ended up bringing our own on the flight as it worked out much cheaper.

Collection and drop off great. Car was quite high mileage, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not particularly happy about the 10 euro charge for cleaning, after all I'm not going to try find a car wash at 4am in a country I'm not familiar with. Friendly staff.

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?
