We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Located eight kilometers from the capital city of Santorini, Fira, the Santorini Airport (JTR) is the famed gateway to a world-class destination. With cheap car hire at Santorini Airport (JTR) readily on offer, passengers are but a few minutes from that perfect escape.

Santorini Airport (JTR) is the largest national airport in the South Aegean Sea, connecting passengers to a plethora of stunning islands dotting the area. Even so, the airport still only holds a maximum of only six planes at once. Both commercial and military aircraft operate from the Santorini Airport (JTR).

Olympic Air and Aegean Airways are the main carriers flying into Santorini on a daily basis. International flights are chartered during the summer season, also bringing in about 200 000 passengers a year. The flights from the Greek mainland are generally quick, with the longest route being Thessaloniki-Santorini at 90 minutes.

Patrons of the Santorini Airport (JTR) are provided with a vast array of services for their convenience. Information desks, display screens, a cafeteria, second floor viewing deck and ATM's are all on offer in the terminal. Budget car rental and travel agencies are also available for airport customers.

Taxis and buses await arrivals from adjacent the terminal entrance. During summer months, taxi queues can be quite extensive, so a good option would be to ring the taxi radio from inside the airport before exiting.
