The major motorway the M1 is found only five minutes away, on which you can travel to Nottingham or the A42, which will take you directly to Birmingham city centre by cheapcar hire at East Midlands Airport UK (EMA).

The airport still only has one terminal which features departures on level one and arrivals on level two, where you will also find cheap car hire at East Midlands Airport UK (EMA). There is a short stay car park located next to the terminal building and six additional long stay car parks away offering complimentary shuttle services.

Disabled passengers can find parking in the short stay area located just 150m from the terminal building are well catered for with car parking attendants on hand to assist in any way. Free use of wheelchairs all the way to you flight and induction loops for the hard of hearing.

Restaurants can be found airside with a wide selection to choose from including the Three Shires Foodmarket that has a healthy fresh selection of food. In the Arrivals hall you will find all the car rental companies well located along with a Bureau de Change, ATMs and a Costa for a coffee before your drive. Local buses can also transport you from here to nearby train stations to continue on your journey.
